- Is the organization equipped to implement the decision effectively?
Governance
Assess whether the decision strengthens or weakens the governance of the organization as a whole.
- Are information flows properly maintained and observed?
- Does the decision comply with the company’s internal rules and governance framework?
- Do the decision and the process followed to reach it comply with the legal requirements governing the powers and authority of the company’s governing bodies?
Strategy
Assess whether the decision is aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Does the decision contribute to achieving the company’s strategic objectives?
- Are there any contradictions or inconsistencies with the company’s overall strategy?
- Overall coherence
Based on the results of this analytical framework, an assessment will be prepared for each dimension separately, leading to an overall recommendation that takes into account the conclusions drawn from the analysis of each individual dimension.
