Started as a business law firm, our firm has progressively evolved its mission to provide business leaders and governing bodies with clarity and insight when making decisions that have a lasting impact on the development, performance, and long-term sustainability of their companies.
We help safeguard these decisions by anticipating the legal, compliance, organizational, and strategic risks that may affect them before such risks compromise the company’s objectives. Our approach is based on a multidisciplinary analysis of corporate governance decisions that have a lasting impact on the company. This approach helps strengthen the quality and soundness of decision-making, prevent risks that may affect the company, and, when such risks materialize, recommend the most appropriate solutions.
However, when companies face legal, compliance, organizational, or governance-related risks or challenges, we work alongside their leaders to assess the situation and help develop the most appropriate solutions. Where circumstances require, we also represent them before the relevant administrative authorities and courts, ensuring the effective protection and defense of their interests.

Driss El Hammoumi is a business lawyer and the founder of the firm. His practice is dedicated to advising business leaders and governing bodies in assessing and safeguarding decisions that have a lasting impact on their companies.
Throughout his career in business law, advisory services, litigation, and professional training, he has advised numerous business leaders facing decisions involving closely interconnected legal, organizational, compliance, and governance considerations. This experience led him to develop a working methodology based on an integrated analysis of these different dimensions, with the aim of providing business leaders with a comprehensive perspective to inform their decision-making and prioritizing a risk-prevention approach.
Driss El Hammoumi holds a Master’s degree in “Business Law and Taxation” from Aix-Marseille III University, where he also obtained a Master’s degree in “Economic Law”.
